Apcalis-SX 20 mg Tadalafil Oral Jelly

Apcalis-SX 20 mg Tadalafil Oral Jelly is presented here solely for factual product-label information. Its stated composition and strength must be verified against the original packaging and official manufacturer documentation. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor used in adults for erectile dysfunction. It supports the natural erectile response by improving blood flow during sexual stimulation; stimulation is still required.

Product details

  • Active ingredient: Tadalafil
  • Labelled strength: 20 mg
  • Dosage form: Oral jelly
  • Intended use: Erectile dysfunction in adults, following assessment by a licensed healthcare professional
Format notice: The EU-authorized Cialis reference medicine is supplied as tablets, not oral jelly. Do not assume that an oral-jelly presentation is interchangeable with a tablet. Follow the supplied leaflet and product-specific instructions from a licensed prescriber.

Before use

Use only on the advice of a licensed prescriber and exactly as directed in the product-specific patient leaflet. A clinician should review your cardiovascular health, blood pressure, kidney and liver function, eye history, and all medicines or recreational substances you use. Do not combine tadalafil with sildenafil, vardenafil, or any other erectile-dysfunction treatment.

Important safety information

Never use tadalafil with nitrates used for chest pain, nitric-oxide donors such as amyl nitrite (“poppers”), or riociguat. These combinations can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Tadalafil may also be unsuitable where sexual activity is medically inadvisable or in people with certain recent cardiovascular events, serious heart disease, severe low blood pressure, or previous vision loss caused by non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION).

Commonly reported effects with tadalafil include headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and nasal congestion. Stop use and obtain urgent medical help for chest pain, fainting, a severe allergic reaction, sudden loss of vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than four hours.

Storage and quality checks

Keep in the original packaging, out of the sight and reach of children, and protect from heat and moisture. Check that each sachet, batch marking, and expiry date are intact and legible. Do not use a leaking, damaged, or visibly altered sachet.
